#Legato100 is a collaborative project of 100 artworks for 100 music pieces. “Legato” means tied together in music. 🎶💕

About the project
Legato100 curators
NiftySax is a full-time musician who created a collection of 100 saxophone solos on OpenSea. 🎷❤🎨
Kate is just a psychonaut from outer space (she helped design the visual art for the tracks). 👽🔮
What did we do?
We selected 100 visual artists and involved them in this collaborative project to help bring attention to them, using the existing Nifty Sax Collection as a launchpad.
Each artist created one cover art for each piece of the collection.
Why?
Why not! 😋
The titles are fun and lend themselves to quirky artworks.
Originally there was a generic cover art used for all the pieces, and this obviously made it difficult to get attention to the collection.
After a lot of brainstorming we realized that we could enlist the help of the community.
This has been an amazing opportunity to meet new artists!
🎷❤🎨 Each artwork is used only as a display image on the listings on OpenSea. The artworks themselves are available as individual NFT, sold by each artist on their platform of choice (links in track description). 🎷❤🎨

The titles
The art in some way always represents one of the 100 unique titles.
The titles are alphabetic, where the first word is an adjective and the second is a crypto reference.
